The AutoHub dashboard is your central hub for managing all bot features. Here's how to navigate it:

Server Selection

After logging in, you'll see all servers where you have "Manage Server" permission and the bot is present. Click on any server to access its dashboard.

Dashboard Tabs

Easy Configuration

AutoHub uses smart dropdown menus that fetch your server's channels and roles automatically. No need to enable Developer Mode or copy IDs!

1. Members use /ticket or click the panel button to open a ticket
2. A private channel is created with the member and staff role
3. Staff can assist in the channel, then click "Close Ticket" or use /close
4. A transcript embed is sent to the transcript channel (if configured)
5. The ticket channel is deleted after a 5-second delay

Highlight the best messages in your server! When messages receive enough star reactions, they're posted to a special starboard channel.

4. Set the Star Threshold (minimum reactions needed)
5. Choose your star emoji (default: ⭐)

How It Works

1. A member reacts to a message with your star emoji
2. When the reaction count reaches your threshold, the message is posted to starboard
3. The starboard post shows the original message, author, and star count
4. Star count updates automatically as more people react

Why don't I see my server in the dashboard?

The bot must be in your server AND you need "Manage Server" permission. Make sure you've invited the bot first.

The bot isn't responding to commands

Check that: 1) The module is enabled in dashboard, 2) The bot has proper permissions in the channel, 3) You're using the correct prefix (default: !)

Why can't I access Economy/Leveling/AI/Twitch features?

These are premium features requiring a Lifetime subscription. Upgrade to unlock all premium features including 13 AI modules, social alerts, and more.

How do I change the command prefix?

Go to Dashboard → Your Server → Moderation module → Change the Prefix setting.

What permissions does the bot need?

For full functionality, we recommend Administrator permission. At minimum, the bot needs: Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Send Messages, Embed Links, and permissions specific to each module.

The bot says it doesn't have permission in a channel

AutoHub has a smart permission system — if it can't send messages in a channel, it will DM the server owner to let them know. Check your channel permission overrides and make sure the bot's role has Send Messages and Embed Links.

How do AI modules work?

AI modules use language models to analyze and generate text. Enable them in Dashboard → AI Modules tab. Each module processes messages or runs on a schedule. All AI features require a Lifetime Premium subscription.

How many backups can I have?

Free: 2 backups (7-day retention), Premium: 10 backups (30-day retention), Lifetime: 50 backups (365-day retention). Use /backup to manage your backups.

Bot is offline

The bot may be restarting or undergoing maintenance. Join our support server to check status.

Commands not working

• Verify the module is enabled in the dashboard
• Check bot permissions in the channel
• Make sure you're using the correct prefix
• The bot's role must be higher than target users for moderation

Dashboard not loading

• Clear your browser cache
• Try logging out and back in
• Disable browser extensions that might interfere
